NTPC Invites Bids for 900 MW Solar at Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh

NTPC Renewable Energy Limited has invited Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) bids for three 300 MW solar power projects — totalling 900 MW — at Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh. The bid deadline is May 8, 2026.

Scale and Significance

At 900 MW, this is one of the largest single-site solar tenders floated in India in 2026. NTPC RE has been aggressively expanding its renewable portfolio as part of India's push toward 500 GW of clean energy capacity by 2030.
